Worst Property Management Company in the world – Very unprofessional, rude to customers, never follow up on appoinments, unorganized. We made an appoinment for the weekend, but when we got there, nobody showed up. Made another appointment for a showing of the same apartment on Saturday, the same thing happened again. Run away from Vega Investments – Horrible place, they have never come to fix anything and their treatment of their tenants is really poor. I spoke with many other tenants and they share the same experience. By the way, Vega Investments writes positive reviews about themselves. Look carefully at their "positive" feedback online and you will realize that they wrote them themselves. Not Bad – They charged us for a sink faucet our daughter broke by accident. We understood that it was her fault that she broke it but since we liked there almost 2 years it would have been nice if they didnt charge us for it other then that we got our deposit back though which was nice.

Good to go with – I rented from them and I had a very good experience. I had been looking at places forever and I walked into their office and got an application brought it back and moved in 2 days later. I have been there for 9 months and have only had 2 maintenance issues and they were handled within 24 hours both time.

They Are A+++ – I was referred by some friends and am totally happy! We got in, got approved, got a single deposit, moved in 2 weeks later. Its a great place in Monterey. I pay my rent in person and go visit with the girls (4 young girls in the office all the time:-)) always someone to talk to when you need something. Have needed maintenance twice and they came out both times within 36 hours. (Faucet leak and then toilet leak) have been with them for 3 years now.

Good Overall – This is our second time renting from Vega Investments. The management at Blue Gables on Brutus St. is warm and receptive. The turnaround time for maintenance problems has improved over the years, but know that if items are not fixed promptly after the walk through, it won't be. If you persist, maybe. The noise and exhaust from the cars worsens by 2pm. The patios do provide a large play area, but noise makes family gatherings outside all but impossible. Slumlords – They suck never come to fix anythis only when the rent is due. Always raising the rent and never fixing anything. Unprofessional girls working in the office. I"ll be glad to leave this place They are slumlords!!!!! Only one star because you have to rate I would give them nothing.

Thanks – I got in their office about 2 on a sat they ran my app got me approved even though they close at 2 they worked with me till 3. Then I went to get my deposit and we did a lease signing on Sunday morning when they also are normally closed in order to help me get out of my roommate situation that was aweful. They are great people and so understanding and helpful.
