I have never been more humiliated by a hospital in my life. I went for help because I literally can't walk even 1 step, and Miriam Assi wrote all over my medical records that I was looking for drugs. I specifically said 100 times I just want to know what is wrong, I do not want opiates. Clearly stated all night in the hospital. So I have been very calm and quiet for the last month. While working at VCU Health I was harassed and had my hair pulled by a nurse/co worker. I had to endure the constant cursing and touching of her as well, even after I asked to be left alone. I asked on several occasions to not be touch, not be spoken to unless it was related to work and to not be followed around clinic. RecommendedLovellah Ballesteros, Riley Gordon, and Alexis Hudson are the BEST. They did an excellent job taking care of me my week here. These sweet ladies made me feel like I was the only patient in the hospital and were very attentive. I hate hospitals but they made my stay very enjoyable. Thank u ladies so much

RecommendedGreat shout out to Paula Crawford! She’s today’s security guard at VCU emergency room. With COVID-19 restrictions, I’ve been waiting in my car for nearly 2.5 hours.
