RecommendedLove the amazing office staff and never have to wait more than a few minutes to see anyone (doctor, nurses, etc.). Highly recommend!
This is not a review of our doctor, who we like and who seems very competent, but of the terrible scheduling and lackadaisical office staff. I've had the sincere displeasure of having two appointments at the Forest Ave location and I'll be sure those are the last. Both visits involved wait times of roughly an hour and a half from our scheduled time, and for what amounted to a few minutes total of the doctor's time. This appears to be not a fluke but simply how they do business here, and I'm done with having my time wasted.
Dr. Luppens and his staff have been amazing! All of his nurses have gone above and beyond to help me! Thanks ladies, ya'll rock!!!! I will continue to travel from Lynchburg.

Was recommended by my dr. I went in, paid my $85.00 consultation fee to be seen. The dr was nice, although he hadn't head of BII, which is why I was there. He wanted to break up the surgeries into 2. Really, why. They usually are done in 1. Perhaps more money. After all this, he said his scheduling nurse would contact me in about a week with the figures. Well a month pasted, nothing. So I called.
