Wish I came here from the beginning with my pup. They are so good with her and make a huge difference when it comes to her being anxiety at the vet office , the 45 minute drive definitely is worth it especially with the exceptional care my sweet girl needs!
VCA is the best!! Front end staff to vets and techs the kindest most caring staff ever
I love the staff here. We saw Doctor Kruse today and she was so friendly, warm, and funny. As was her vet tech. I love that they don't charge for emergency visits. That's what brought me in two years ago. It was actually at the suggestion of our previous exotic vet who couldn't see my bunny that day. I'll be switching all of our animals over to Vca. We've had nothing but good interactions and experiences here. Everyone is knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming
Today was a very hard day. We said goodbye to our 19 year old cat baby Chloe. I am very grateful for the entire staff at VCA Wakefield. They really care and show fellow feeling especially during the hard times when we have to make the difficult decisions and grateful they were there with me for it.
