Clean, friendly, and professional . Took our Chihuahua in for a routine check up and the hospital offered us a wellness plan . Having been to many vets over the years I found that this wellness plan was a pretty good deal . The clinic is busy but seem very eager to help and are as friendly as they could be . Definitely recommend !!

I adopted my boy from Pasadena Humane Society SPCA a day after they neutered him. The first day home he ripped out his stitches (nope, shelter didn't put a e-collar on him). So we had to find a vet (as I just moved to Hollywood) immediately. I was able to schedule an appointment online at 2am for that day! They called and texted me to confirm, which was nice. I had been talking my senior kitty in for medical care. Yesterday I had to make the hard decision to put her to sleep. The vet who helped me let me spend as much time with her as I wanted. And I was there for her when she left to be with her siblings. I cried so hard, but was comforted that she wasn't in pain anymore. Thank you to the staff for being kind.
We have spent the last 4 weeks, at all hours, taking our poor kidney stoned inflicted kitty to and from the vet. I just wanted to praise the VCA for being patient and constantly conscious. Our poor boy has never been as treated well as at the VCA. Thank you for the work you're doing.
They took us right in and even looked at our regal to see if he was stable and determined he could be seen as normal pt not an emergency which saved us a good deal! Friendly and helpful!
