I am very pleased with the service. Doctors are very compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. Nursing Staff very compassionate. Office Staff are courtesy and helpful.
Dr. Shim is just amazing! She is the sweetest, most caring vet ever. She makes sure to follow up after appointments to make sure your pet is doing okay, she has worked with me on the cost of services (even as a new patient!). She takes the time to listen to your concerns and makes sure you understand your pet’s medication and treatment. The front desk staff and assistants are all wonderful and friendly. Can’t recommend Dr. Shim enough!!
AVOID THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL COSTS! WE HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE. PLEASE READ BELOW. Like most of the comments on here which add up to this hospital's low 2.8 rating, I'm here to confirm as a prior customer of theirs for 2 years, that this hospital only cares about money. The best vet in WeHo !!! Dr. Hiebert saved our dalmatian Chloe's life in an difficult emergency surgery. The outcome was 50-50. Chloe survived and we're very happy!!! A vet you can trust ♥♥♥
