We just took Misty in for her shots. The ladies at the check in desk were cheerful and efficient; the doctor's assistant was delightful; and Dr. Beckett was very kind and personable. His professional manner was both warm and reassuring. After this visit, I feel much better about approaching our dog's twilight years. I'm glad that we chose VCA when Misty was a puppy 15 years ago.
I would not take my dogs anywhere else! They are very professional and caring! I'm so glad I found them when I moved back to Ohio!
Awesome! Dr. Tod was very kind and professional when checking our dog. We were worried to find the right vet in the US, as our 11 year old dog has lived most of his life in Europe....but all the fears are gone, this is the right place to take care of your loved Rocco.
Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else, I love it here so much!! A few months ago we had to put our bullmastiff down & it was the hardest thing we've ever had to do. Massey was our family and everyone there was so comforting & allowed us to have as much time as we needed with her before we said our goodbyes. They even sent us a card a few weeks later letting us know how much they loved & will miss Massey. I think this practice is wonderful. I had a neighbor struggling to make ends meet, his dog needed surgery, we made the cost through our wonderful neighborhood via go fund me and vca and Dr. Gertz gave him a discount, did a wonderful job with surgery and staff was super compassionate. The dog was the only constant in this mans life. I ended up transferring to them and see Dr. Watters for my cats. Just love them.
I highly recommend VCA Sawmill for your pet’s needs. Dr. Beckett and the staff were amazing from the day of surgery all the way through rehab for our dog’s ACL surgery. Always going above and beyond to help in any way the could. Sally does amazing work in the rehab area, I know our road to recovery would have been way longer without her. Thanks again to everyone.
We have been taking our dog Briscoe here for about 8 years now. The staff is very nice and helpful. Dr. Beckett is very knowledgeable and good at explaining things & always helps put our minds at ease. Thanks VCA!
