They were able to get my service dog who happens to have cancer in right away. They saw her quickly and treated her right away because she had scratched open one of the tumors.
I’ve worked with them 3 times and each time has been great. Dr. LaFoca took care of one of our rescues that had mammary tumors. Did great with keeping in contact with the rescue and making sure we were doing everything right. I’m also pretty sure the adoptive family is still coming to her because of how highly I recommended her care. I’ve also had one of my own pups and another foster see Dr. Beckett. My 11yo GSD mix had been increasingly struggling with his arthritis and as much as we tried to do, we weren't able to make him as comfortable as I knew he could be. I called multiple places and was given months of wait times but when I called VCA, Sally was such a joy to schedule with. She got us in for a consult next day and was super flexible with my work schedule. We totally trust the entire VCA Sawmill (and Westerville) staff with our dog’s care. Dr. Beckett’s quick diagnosis and surgery of our pup went so well; and then Sally Harp’s and Abbey Beasley’s physical therapy was phenomenal!
