On March 28th my husband and I took our 11 y/o lab in for end of life care. This was unexpected. Dr. Gertz and Molly showed great care and compassion. During the procedure, when my husband and I couldn't speak, they were our comforting voice so Tantrum knew he wasn't alone. I am forever greatful to them.

We recently had to put our 16 year old Belgian Tervuren, Izzy, to sleep. She had always received great care here and we had no worries when we left her for boarding. Unfortunately our crisis happened at night so we weren't able to take her here for a final time. Today we received a card with not just signatures but heartfelt comments from the people who had known our Izzy over the years. Thanks to all of you for thinking of us. Kris and Jim Lawrence

This place is amazing they put people and thier pets first over money they didn't hesitate to see my dog when I told oil didn't have money right then when other vets told me they couldn't help me these people are Awsome and I am blessed to have found them Thanks so much from the beegle family

Dr. Beckett and the entire staff at VCA Sawmill have been so wonderful to work with. We adopted our dog last month and he needed an extensive surgery that the shelter had pre-arranged for him. We've had to take him back for a few touch ups and the care that he has received has been amazing! They all take so much time explaining everything and genuinely care so much. I love VCA Sawmill Hospital! My dog, Boomer, tore his dog ACL while in another state. It was fixed, or so I thought. Less than 1 year later, my dog began having issues again. His other ACL tore and the one that had been fixed started breaking down again. Dr Beckett fixed both of them at the same time, and made me feel comfortable about everything that was going on. They denied our treatment with my dog on a Sunday cause they are a brooding that day but in the yellow pages we would think since this is a hospital they would help us with our dog try to save her. They said they had no vets there due to brooding so what happens if a animal get sick while staying there are they not going to help that animal. My nephew had a great Alaskan husky and they told us to go 5 minutes to another place. Have been bringing my dogs here for fifteen (+) years. They always come home in great shape. The staff are wonderful, loving people that give our dogs the attention they crave.

I've been bringing my cat here for three years now and every single time I come in I feel like I am treated with courtesy and friendliness and professionalism. From the people who greet you at the door all the way to the doctors everybody is wonderful. They treat my cat with love and tenderness and I couldn't ask for anymore. It's never been anything but all that every single time I've come.
