Unfortunately whatever anti biotic the vet prescribed was the wrong one because my cat is fucking dead now as a result of the infection which this was supposed to treat. I am heartbroken and will not recommend VCA's services to any friends or family. That cat was my universe and she's gone now. Incompetent vet care. On top of that, when we were in the office getting prescribed the wrong meds, the receptionist tried to charge us double what the vet quoted and then tried to haggle a price somewhere in the middle with us? My dog passed away on October 14, 2016 while I was at work. It was VERY unexpected. Sheba was brought to this location and was ultimately put to rest. I was not there and they had to deal with my husband. Haha. Thank you so much for taking care of my family member and making sure she didn't suffer. Her paw print you gave to me was totally unexpected and I am amazed this facility cared enough to do it for me. Thank you.

Expensive. Wrong diagnosis. I kept waiting for them to call to pick up medicines while my dog was in pain. They never called. I call them, after 4 hrs of waiting. This was the first and last time I use this business. I don't recommend it.
The staff is always friendly, compassionate and knowledge. I've had to take two of my dogs there on an emergency basis and both times they got them right end which mostly saved ones eye and ones life. They also go there for their regular checkups and dental work. I would highly recommend VCA Manzanita to all my pet loving friends
