They take great care of my dog
I love this vets hospital! � they take such good care of my pup. Any health risk that could go wrong went wrong when she was growing up and VCA was there every step of the way to help us. The staff is amazing over the phone also if you call they will give you all the information they can.
They were wonderful!!! I was seen right away with my pup and they were very careful to make sure he didn’t have the flu and let him inside office.
I love VCA. Dr. Grinstead is so understanding and caring. Everyone one on the staff is friendly and professional. Angel (dog) is very shy. She loves going to VCA. She actually gets excited when she figures out where we are going. She has been a patient for 13 years.
My dog had been hit by a car, and I don't know where else to take her so I chose them. They wanted a ridiculous amount paid in full before they would even treat her, when I couldn't pay it in full they didn't offer any advice, payment plans or help they asked "is there someone you can call to pay it for you" we ended up taking her to Elkhorn Walgera, they didn't charge nearly as much and did it all in a few hours where as VCA wanted to keep her over night. Had a wonderful experience in an emergency situation with our cat. Thank you guys so much for making sure our little boy got the treatment he needed. They were super understanding when we had to take him in for a check up to get his stitches reclosed, and were so kind to me and my wife during the process. Thank you so much VCA
