I think the entire staff here are exceptionally at what they do. Always welcoming and able to answer all my questions. I bring my kitten with 26 toes in every 3 wks to be trimmed. I also think Dr. Smead is an awesome Vet, very thorough, great with my fur baby Baby and personable.
Dr. Bush is amazing. Explains everything and never pushed products or services not needed. ��
I just wanted to say thank you for all the love and care I received from the staff here. I had to make the very difficult decision of putting a very beloved pet down. My Rally and I had spend 15 years together and this was very hard for me. The staff here were great, warm and caring. It made this very hard day a little better. So Thank you so much for all you love. I fully recommend anyone who is a pet lovers and looking for a place that loves pets to, this is the place to go. Awesome job!
Our pup Hunter jumped off the bed wrong, severely injuring himself tonight, we called the vet and they told us to come in immediately! They were supposed to close at 730 and we were there until 8, and never felt rushed at all! They're so attentive and caring. They understand the love we feel for our pup and know we want what's best! We have quite the healing road and I stand by the fact that I wouldn't bring Hunter any place else. ❤️
The staff at Plainfield vet are wonderful!! They are kind and caring to you and your pets. I was with my previous vet for 20 years and switched to them about a year ago. Best decision I made! Highly recommend them!!
You guys are absolutely wonderful, when I took my old cat Magic to you when he was sick and dying in my arms 5 years ago, you were comforting and attentive while putting him to sleep, making the process so much easier. Today, I had to bring my Memes cat in to be put to rest due to illness, and it's evident that nothing has changed. I've known that cat the whole 16 years he's been alive and loved him dearly, and your wonderful staff helped my boyfriend and I get through the process knowing we were not alone.
