Thank you to the Plainfield VCA staff for making my first time visit very pleasant and professional. I brought my new kitten in last week because I had a few concerns. The vet Dr, vet assistant and reception staff were very nice and friendly towards me and the others patients I saw in the waiting area too. Thankfully the vet felt my kitten was overall well but gave me some medication recommendations with their prices if I noticed changes in him. The vet and staff were all very kind and helpful. They were gentle but thorough with their exam and treated me and my children very professionally but friendly. We will be bringing all of our animals here.
I took my three rats there.... all the staff were very friendly and efficient and comfortable with my girls. When there was a slight issue with some meds they were very accommodating and nice. Definitely where I’m going to be taking my rats now!
