We had our first visit today after moving to the area. Our rescue pup needed a checkup after a near death experience with anaphylactic shock 10 days ago. We made quite the impression after pulling into the parking lot and Luna pup bolted into the woods across the street. The entire staff watched my 5 year old daughter and helped returned Luna safely after 45 minutes!!! Thank you to the staff for being so compassionate when I had to make the decision to put my beautiful kitten Pickle to sleep today. It was the hardest thing I've ever had to do.
I hope there are some people that work at the Plainfield vet on this page, or friends or family members of people that do that can relay the message!! Today our one and a half year old chocolate lab Fenway got a stick lodged in the back of his mouth and was acting like he was choking. It was literally terrifying. We don’t normally go there but we couldn’t get ahold of our normal vet and we called there and they took us right in! They were so amazing with my fur baby and so kind to us I was super impressed!! These people are so amazing ! They took us right in and ther were so kind and passionate so direct with the care plan which was amazing !! I recommend this animal hospital to everyone because there hearts and care of animals are incredible ♥️
Brought my cat for a second opinion and was very happy with the care he received from the warm welcome of the Vet Tech Gabby to the thorough exam from Dr. Picano. We have more answers now than we have ever had and hopefully this means my boy is on his way to a healthier life!
Had to bring in our cat today and they were excellent!! We had never been there before and they treated our cat and us so kindly as it was an emergency visit...we moved here and now have a great vet...
