There's a reason this facility is so busy day and night (and I was there as a walk-in during both day and night). The staff is professional, patient, and friendly. The technicians are prompt, thorough, and empathetic. The doctors are thorough, patient in answering any questions one may have, and explain your fur baby's condition/results using language that you can understand and is not condescending.
