This place is AWFUL. The "manager " Christina is the most unprofessional person ever! She literally cursed out a client in one of the rooms as I was waiting to be seen. I have second thoughts about even being here. I definitely will not be coming back. If I were the young lady who got cursed at, I would definitely sue this place. NOT OK! -_- of this is how they treat people, imagine how they treat animals??? OMG.
The staff and vets have been so great with our dog. We've brought him back several times for both check ups and a dental procedure. Thank you for helping our puppy dog feel better!
Always professional and caring. I will always be grateful to the staff at McClave for performing life saving surgery for my Great Dane suffering from bloat. I just brought my new puppy here for a "puppy check" and am confident in his future care!
I have only praise and appreciation for the staff who tried to save my precious Atti (Yorkie) in the emergency wild animal attack 8/5/17 at 3 a.m. Atticus our pride and joy was worked on with care and professionalism. We were kept involved in this devastating situation. They let us see our Atti when he turned for the worse breathing for him and providing CPR to keep him alive until my daughter could get there to kiss her Atti good bye.
