RecommendedDr Nortmann is by far the most compassionate veterinarian we have ever had. From our emergency visit, the journey of treatment and putting our Louie down she was the best. Very understanding and empathetic. My only complaint would be she wasn’t there when it was time for euthanasia.... BUT I can’t imagine she is ALWAYS there! Wonderful vet I recommend she care for all of your pets!
Just called about an emergency with my puppy.. got asked if this was an emergency or if we could hold. It feels like an emergency so we told her that... and she literally says, with an attitude mind you, “what is it?” When we told her she just said to call pet poison control, but wouldn’t tell me if it was a good idea to come in or not. I have been taking my many pets there for years. Something has changed! There has been a lot of turnover in Drs and staff. The last several times I have been there, our issues were not resolved and our bills are unbelievable!!! When I called the office to discuss my experience they did not seem to care! their suggestion was to come back and spend more money! I felt very taken advantage of while in an emergency situation.
