I had to unfortunately do one of things most parent dont want. After a few days of the runs which seem to be getting better my dog started to have blood showing in his stool. I rushed him into VCA this past sunday 5/3/17 the staff was fantastic, they were able to diagnose him very quickly with an infection in one of his anal glands, they also checked his heart lungs and stomach to make sure there was nothing else. Had to take our 15 week old yellow lab because he was eating everything�. They were kind and friendly. Nice to have this option for sick animals.
Back in March I had to put my cat of 18 years down (after normal business hours)...this staff had only seen her one other time before this, but that didn't matter. They treated her like she was their favorite patient. They were gentle and caring with her. The assistant and the vet cried with my fiancé and I when we put her down.
