I did not have to wait at all. Staff was very kind. Of course it was very expensive because it was Sunday but you gotta do what you gotta do.
Thank You !!! For taking good care of my Mater!!! Although it was just just a nail bleed. You helped to get it stopped and gave him meds. You are pricey, but......you are very compassionate, you didn't scold me like a child for accidentally trimming his nail too short!! That goes a long way with me!! I can't thank you enough!!!!
I have had to visit VCA Green Animal Hospital three times in the last month and a half. We had a litter of kittens and slowly they were dying from respitory issues. We initially took them to Uniontown Veterinary Clinic and they essentially said, "some thrive and some will die" ?!? Three of them passed and we took the surviving two to VCA Green and they concocted an strong antibiotic that saved their lives! They were patient, professional, and understood my concerns. Super friendly staff and gave me honest opinions on what needed done with my kitty didn't just take my money and hope for the best. Had to put her to sleep but they have me a nice box to take her home in and a wonderful paw remembrance.
I've been going here for about 15 years now. I'm always treated well but every time I get used to a caring vet, they leave. I had to take my oldest cat yesterday because she stopped eating and throwing up. They worked us in and checked her out. They wanted to do X-rays along with bloodwork and urinalysis but the fees would have come to over $800.00 dollars which I did not have! I would recommend this hospital to anyone. The people working there are wonderful. My dog could hardly walk and they gave us three options for treatment. My dog was shaking from being scared and was growling. They took the time to make him feel comfortable before handling him. And when they took him back to get fluids they let him have a toy. Which meant so much to my family and our dog. He has been attached to it since the visit. Im so happy we picked them to treat our dog. Will definitely come back.
