It was awful we took our baby that had a seizure at 4 in the morning the staff was rude, said that she was just having a dream and that’s all it was and wouldn’t even listen to us when we were trying to tell them she had a seizure and was foaming at the mouth , the vet just kept talking over us saying that dogs move and dream when they sleep and then sent us on our way with a huge bill to pay
They are on top of things and caring people!
My sweet boy passed away unexpected last Thursday. Everyone there was very compassionate and understanding. I was an absolute mess when we showed up with my baby. They even met me outside to help me bring him in. And before they took him away the vet assistant bent down with him so my 2 year old could give him a kiss. I chose to get him cremated. We have been going to VCA for several years. We have never experienced any problems. The office staff, techs, boarding and of course the veterinarians are always professional and caring. Dr. Nortmann has been outstanding with our dog. Thank you, VCA!
