November 2018 my dog Gretel was on deaths door. Dr Dave saved her life. The entire staff at VCA are top notch. They not only helped my dog but they gave assistance to me and my husband. I was ready to put her down so she did not suffer and they encouraged me that she was worth the effort. 3 months later Gretel is 15 pounds heavier and she is back to chasing bees. It most definitely was worth it. And I can't say enough nice things about the clinic.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else! VCA El Rancho Animal Hospital has the best staff around! We had to say goodbye to our beloved cat of 18 years. They were so compassionate, kind and caring. They went above and beyond and I left feeling like a part of a family.
