We brought our cat in for some tests because we were concerned about her health. Dr. Barta was so professional and thorough. We found out our cat was ill and we made the difficult decision to have her put to sleep. Dr. Barta and the staff were kind and caring, and made this difficult time easier to bear.
We brought both are dogs to EAH after moving back to Iowa from Kansas City. We were fortunate to find Dr. Hankner practicing here. She is the best!! You can tell that she has a true passion for our dogs and their well-being. She gets down on their level and wants them to have the best and most comfortable experience. we took our 8 month old kitten Midnight to this clinic and was scared that midnight had to much wrong with him, but he is pulling through like a champ. He is still in quarenteen right now and we take him back Monday hoping to just be able to put him on antibitocs so he can come out with the rest of us, But just to say they did an excellent job with him and made him 100& better than what he was, :)
Dr Barta is absolutely AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about her. We had to put our cat, Luca, to sleep today and she was so compassionate and kind. She made me comfortable with the painful decision I had to make and helped ease my mind that I was doing the right thing for my cat. Everyone I have encountered at this office is kind, caring and it is apparent that they truly love animals!
The staff and doctors here are amazing!! Jack is my first pet and they have been helpful in helping me take good care of him. They answer all my questions and give me great advice.
Been taking my animals here since 1993 (well my parents since 1993) BEST vet in cedar rapids :)
