RecommendedI'm new in the area & my cat got sick so I called around town to get an appt. I was able to get in the same day to see Dr. Flenniken, who is awesome, and he was able to give me some insight & medicine for my girl. We're still working on dosages but this office calls back promptly & makes every effort to help asap. Highly recommend!

the staff from VCA is amazing and so professional. i love Dr Paul and all of the vet techs.
The vets let my dog suffer through the weekend because our regular vet was out and not one of the others would see her or even call in a prescription refill. She woke up in pain in Friday and not one vet cared. just said nope too busy to see her and only regular vet can call in a refill... and she's out until Tuesday. I'm finding a new place to take my dogs.
Dr Russman has been seeing my dog Rue since she was 5 weeks old. We brought her in on emergency last Saturday at 11 1/2 years old and unfortunately due to a terminal finding we made the very difficult decision to send her across the rainbow bridge. Been using them for over 20 years and have been extremely happy, until they were bought out my m&m Mars. Now they are big pharma and just want your money. It's pretty sad that they don't even care about the animals. They price gauage and take advantage of people. I'm very disappointed in how they treat the clients and pets. They don't care about losing good customers. Because of covid everyone purchased a animal so they price gouge and take advantage. Shame on them!!!!
Charged me for not getting the service that our dog needed. They only work with perfect “dogs”. They miss handle our dog that he peed all over himself. No wonder why my dog doesn’t like the vet. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!
