Edgewood Animal Hospital has always provided my pets with excellent care. We have two kitties (Charlie and Lili), a cockatiel (Cheekie), and a leopard gecko (Khaleesi). We recently had to make the difficult decision to euthanize one of our feather babies due to terrible seizures. It was manageable for a while, but once he was having them every day, the doctor helped us come to the conclusion that he just wasn't living a life of quality any longer. When I first moved to the Cedar Rapids, I tried this out as my vet for my dog Aiden and he was treated so well through his regular care and his surgery that I knew it was no question that I would keep bringing Aiden and now a new puppy Kiba even though its a drive across town now. Even if I lived out of town we'd still come here!
Really like the doctors and the assistants. Costs are a little much, but you get what you pay for, and that's good service and people who care.
We take our two dogs and cat to Edgewood Animal hospital and always have a great experience!
