I brought my 9 week old litter of 10 Newfoundland puppies to have their hearts checked and boy was I impressed. Very nice staff and very helpful. As you can imagine, we had our hands full with pups weighing 24 pounds each! A wonderful experience all the way around!
I was very happy with everyone & everything ! When my local vet couldn't get me in they recommended VCA~ happy to know they will be there anytime I need them , everyone had a smile on there face & loved my fur baby .
I am absolutely impressed with the VCA my cat was hit by a quad and i called them they told me how to pick her up without hurting her. As soon i got there they took my baby girl immediately and were so kind and helpful. Unfortunately my cat wasnt going to make it. Karen and her team went out of there way to make my cat and myself feel as comfortable as possible. We saw Dr Urbonas with our kitty cupcake last night & could not have been more pleased with the attention & love she gave not only to cupcake but to us. The staff was friendly & super accommodating. Made our threat level midnight so much better! I am so thankful!
We just want to thank Doctor Keno for helping us get through a tough time with our dog. Our pet was extremely sick and being referred to her saved our animal. She is professional, always got back to us and worked with us every step of the way. We highly recommend her to anyone.
