I have to say a sincere thank you to Julie and Dr. Krein. Our beloved service animal had dedicated 17 yrs of his life to us and it was now his time to rest in peace. From the initial call to our departure Julie, Dr. Krein and the staff went above and beyond to assist us in this truly difficult time. They were caring, thoughtful, and empathetic to us and treated us as family. I will never forget the hospitality and respect they extended to my daughter and to Diesel. Thank you again.
My 6 year old’s cat/sidekick had to cross the rainbow bridge today. From Jan 4 until today we have been struggling with our cat Binx overcoming some health issues. He was only 2 years old. I can’t even put into words the support, understanding and kindness that was given to our little buddy. Especially tonight, my 6 year old sat on the floor crying with Binx and the doctor joined him! Tonight was overwhelmingly sad and it was so comforting to have such amazing support through it all. Thank you so much for all that you do!!!
I had my big maine coon neutered yesterday. They told me his pain medication would wear off by the next day. They said if I can tell he is in pain, to call in to get medication. I called hours ago and have heard nothing back. I called again and the annoyed desk person told me well they will get to it when they get to it. EXCUSE ME? MY PET IS IN PAIN AND YOU DON'T CARE? DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PET TO SUFFER. I wouldn't go back here if someone paid me to.
Arrived at 12:30am, and will probably be leaving after 7:00am. Granted there were a few criticals early in the night, this visit was ridiculous. Our shepard had an extraordinary amount of bloody diarrhea, so we came in. X-rays and blood work later, the vet came to the conclusion that the diagnosis was....blood mixed with diarrhea. In addition, we had been waiting in an exam room for our dog to come back from tests that would take 40 min. I had brought my dog in because he had hot oil spill on him after running into the table that had a fryer on it. They brought him in right away, then when they were unsuccessful of shaving the area, they sent us home with just anti-inflammatory medication. Within the next few days I brought him to my own work where we sedated him(because it was too painful to touch the area), shaved the hair away to find burns from his hip to his foot. I would hope by writing this review the management staff could resolve future issues.
