I had to bring my dog Lola there at 5:30 in the morning and they were so kind and caring to both of us. I opted to take Lola home to bury her and they didn't try to sell me on cremation so they could make more money which has happened to me before. They even held her body for me so I could prepare. Today I received a beautiful card signed by the staff and Lola's paw print on it. They made a horrible situation bearable. I would absolutely go there again! Cyndee Knapp New Haven
I can't say enough good things about the care my 10 year old dog receives here!
Unfortunately it was my kitties time to go to the rainbow bridge last night. They were very caring and compassionate. Treated myself and my cat with the dignity we deserved.
Very cold corporate environment. My dog needed an ultra sound and this was the place my vet suggested. It's just about money there not the animal. The desk staff was rude and dr keno never came out to speak to me. She called me three days later and suggested a $2100 test and told me " as you know I'm very busy" and gave me 45 minutes to call my vet and my husband to decide if I wanted the test. Dr. Danielle and the night staff were absolutely wonderful with our sweet senior kitty. They were very honest and open with her condition and our options and extremely compassionate when we made the decision to let her cross the rainbow bridge. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for emergency care for their furry family.
