Such an amazing hospital and staff. Everyone is so caring! Best hospital I have ever been in. Will not take my pets anywhere else.
I took my cat in with the unfortunate decision to put her to sleep after 16 years of a wonderful life. The staff, Sue, Paula, Rebecca, Jenny and Dr. McNeill where sooo understanding and empathetic to my heartache. The hardest thing I have had to do and they made the process so easy. My spanador was struck by a truck and ran over twice. I took her to the vet. They saved my dogs life. They fixed her collar bone and she is better than she ever was. I don't care what the other people say. I am eternally grateful to Bonita pet hospital for saving my dogs life. Best wishes.
Incompetent doctors and indifferent staff – Our dog Chester would still be alive if we did not take him to Bonita Pet Hospital. It was the only hospital open when Chester was vomitting. Vet Townsend immediately cut him up and cut out a major portion of his small intestines. After Townsend was paid $3000+, he discharged Chester. There was no follow up of any sort although Townsend knew Chester's condition was critical (Townsend later said this after Chester died and my husband demanded an explanation). Mrs. H We have taken many of our pets to Bonita Pet Hospital .. for 15 years now. They have taken good care of them all - for many years they had the same Dr.'s but lately there have many new ones. The nurses up front are helpful and have been there a long time and recognize you and your pets.
