I recently went to VCA Bonita with my dog. He was in a lot of pain and I was very worried about the outcome. This was our first visit and I will definitely be coming back with all of my animals. We were welcomed and immediately felt cared for. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Dicksey was a life saver...literally. She was so comforting and worked with me too find the best plan for chowder. I could feel her genuine concern and the individual attention she gave us. I’m thankful to have found you VCA Bonita!! ❤️🐾

Fairly new to their office. I had adopted some cats from the shelter and took them there for their first appointment. The staff and doctors were beyond sweet to my babies, and very informative and answered any questions I had. Just last week, I had to bring in my senior dog to be euthanized. She wasn't a patient of theirs, and yet they accommodated us so much. Allowing me as much time as I wanted with her before she went. I definitely recommend this office to others. Dr. Townsend & the entire staff at VCA Bonita are Amazing! They all care deeply for your animals & are very helpful. Always ready & willing to go above & beyond for you & your pets. I would never go anywhere else because they truly are the Very Best & I can't recommend them more highly.I hope my Cockatoo never needs a vet because unfortunately for me, VCA does not do Birds, but your other pets will be in Excellent hands!
VCA Bonita always treats my girls (cats) well. They love Dr. McNeill and the staff. I have been coming here since 1995. It's wonderful to know your pets are comfortable with people that are helping them and keeping them healthy.
I love this place! My Cali (cat) gets her grooming here 3x a year with Deborah (she is awesome!) and she loves it. The staff is so friendly, we love them 💕💕💕
