The Staff and Doctors are incredibly amazing, thoughtful, and very helpful. We have 5 cats that are in great health and the staff loves talking about them when they visit.
Stopped by today to order RX refills & schedule grooming for old Chico & despite it being REALLY busy Sue was as friendly & efficient as ever. Dr. Townsend even took time to answer a question. And I got my usual lovin' from Sylvester! I absolutely love everything about VCA Bonita!

I recently had to put our family pet of 16 years to sleep. As soon as my daughter and I entered the building with our dog Jake, they showed us to a private room so we can spend our last moment with Jake. The staff were very caring and discreet. The doctor was excellent in explaining to us what to expect. To see the doctor cry with us showed his true concern for the welfare of my pet and family friend. Thank you for your help.
I love how they didn't even flinch from my dog or as to muzzle him it was a nice surprise and I appreciated the calm ness there
