The Staff and Doctors are incredibly amazing, thoughtful, and very helpful. We have 5 cats that are in great health and the staff loves talking about them when they visit.
Wonderful experience! I previously had 2 dogs put to sleep by the caring staff. Since then, my wife, who handled all our pet needs, passed away. I had to bring in our little girl, Zoey in for a bath and a check-up. They were very friendly and understanding. They called me several times about her condition, a hard to find flea infestation, and she was cared for and treated with professionalism and kindness. Yes, the cost may have been higher than I thought, but as a salesperson myself, I know that you get what you pay for.
Stopped by today to order RX refills & schedule grooming for old Chico & despite it being REALLY busy Sue was as friendly & efficient as ever. Dr. Townsend even took time to answer a question. And I got my usual lovin' from Sylvester! I absolutely love everything about VCA Bonita!
