Love the staff. Love the office cats. Everyone was very attentive. It seemed expensive, but it might be the going rate (2 adult cats, exams, vaccinations, ear cleanings, ear meds & bloodwork), I haven't compared them to other vets in the area. The bill itemization was thorough, though they forgot to give me the discount for the 2nd cat that they told me about over the phone. This is one pet hospital that provides excellent care and service. You can see the genuine love for our babies from the doctors and the staff. My choice of Primary Care Vet provider. Dr. Erin Mc Neal, Dr. Clark and Dr. Townsend are very knowledgeable. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
The staff here are caring and amazing. They always call to check up on our kitty even if she only had vaccines. She just got spayed and they took excellent care of her. We had to board her a couple of days before the surgery because she went into heat and was spraying. When we went to pick her up after the surgery they told us how she was the whole time that she was there, and they went into great detail with aftercare instructions and what to expect and avoid. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. My dog loves going into to see them Even at her follow-up after surgury. I would highly recommend taking your furry family to VCA
I will not take my pets anywhere else. Dr. Townsend and his staff are so wonderful. We are always treated with the utmost courtesy and compassion. The care that my animals receive has always been the best. We would even receive a phone call the day after treatment to see how my dog or cat was doing.
Never been happier with a vet. The staff are the friendliest I've seen and we've been to several- including a different VCA. They are great with our two dogs and that's not easy when one of them is a barker. Very happy we found this place and they are open Saturday and Sunday which is even better. Highly recommend.
I love VCA Bonita- they always treat my pets as special as I feel they are. I'm very picky on where I take my dogs, I never think twice, it is always Bonita Animal Hospital, even though I have many other ones closer to my home. They do not compare.
