Not a good experience. They would not honor their coupon for our "first exam free" 30 minutes after leaving. My wife even asked the Dr twice by phone if we could have the 2nd exam free or if we could bring in the coupon and receipt to get a refund for the first exam which was $53. If you go make sure you use the coupon! They will not tell you about it or honor it if you don't show it to them before leaving their office. This is not a good way to get new business or to keep it. Again, we will not go back.
I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Our boys, Victor & Logan love Dr. Blake! Victor was neutered today & I was a nervous wreck. I called to check on him & Dr Blake came to the phone & said he was just waking up & everything went smooth. She also said she just loves him. I know we made the right choice by bringing our boys to VCA & Dr Blake. She loves them as if they were her own! Thanks Dr Blake�

Love this complete staff. Everyone is always so upbeat and supportive. As we are involved with Sheltie Rescue of Central IN., we have experience with multiple vet facilities. We chose VCA for our furbabies care.
They were so nice to me and my husband and most of all our sweet Ginger. Love the fact that they were so informative and attentive to all of my questions and didn't try to pressure me in getting unnecessary stuff and let me know what Ginger needed and a plan to get her there. You guys rock. Thank you again.
