Horrible vet!!!! They euthanized my dog (14 years old) WITH a muzzle on. She passed away with a muzzle on!! I finally had to remind them they put it on her and to take it off. The vet missed her vein with the second dose of medicine. My poor dog was so scared!! It was a hard decision to make and even harder after the way they treated her right in front of me. Dr. Jarrell is an absolute godsend. I’ve been having UTI issues with my cat, and Dr. Jarrell has answered every question I’ve had and I feel at ease and trust my baby with her if these issues arise again.
Everyone is very friendly and make our furry family there priority. We have four furry family members.
I have been trusting my pets with VCA Beech Grove since moving to the area in 2015. Their services are top notch and the staff is very caring. I recently had to have a pet euthanized and the staff and Dr. Appolon treated us with compassion, respect, and dignity.
I brought in these two babies to get microchipped as I found them in my neighborhood. The lady at the front was very sweet and helpful. Thankfully they are chipped and found their mommy. They are now with her :)

Our tech was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. We was certain that we had a pet possum but have been cleared up after our appointment and we in fact have a kitten. Great experience!
The staff there is amazing!! They took care of my doggo with such love and they handled my emotional self very well too!! I took one of my kitties there many years ago when she got a fishing hook stuck in her paw, when my doggo hurt her leg and will go back when any if my fur babies have an emergency that needs immediate attention. Thanks for all y'all do!!
