One of the hardest days for any family with a pet is the day you have to say goodbye. We recently experienced that day with our boy, Whiskey. We have been coming to VCA Becker for years. I am always so impressed by your staff who is always on the go and never stop. We truly appreciate how friendly the staff is, from Jen at the front desk, to Dan and our favorite vet Dr. Volosen. He is the best doctor and has saved my dogs life 3 times. Thank you to the whole staff for taking care of my sweet baby, Missy Moo. We may have to wait long periods to see a vet but we understand and are willing to wait. Yall are the best. I have been calling around all day trying to find someone who could put our sweet baby to sleep in home this weekend, although they were booked they were the kindest people I have spoken to all day. Dr. Ezell got on the phone to try and help me find someone, and that really meant a lot. The vet we currently use just treated us like an inconvenience. My puppy LOVES the vet. Everyone here is always so welcoming and sweet. They give great advice and always tell you how much things will cost and give you options.
The front staff was amazing. we had taken our pup with early signs of mlm parvo. The vet was very informative. Our princess Liea is doing amazing. we will be visiting soon t followup and get her on track with her shots. thank you so much VCA Becker Hospital.
Love this vet! They are always so gentle with my Airedale terrier pup. And Bastion is always happy to see them on every visit! ❤️
