I have gone to Bay Cities for years, and was very worried when they got bought by the VCA that the quality of service or the amazing staff would change. Thankfully they've continued being excellent! They are great with my fearful dog and have always given me thoughtful advice and worked with me through a few challenging puppy health events. Trust them with my dog's life, would definitely recommend.
We love Dr. Brandt! In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable and professional, Dr. Brandt is caring and funny, and takes the time to thoughtfully answer questions, and talk through and explain her recommendations. She helped guide us and make some very difficult decisions with three of our kitties, and she is currently taking excellent care of our newest baby.
