Family's been coming to Bay Cities for 30+ years. Our fur babies have seen each and every Vet and we love them all. They show compassion, love, kindness, and patience, all while figuring out solutions for the reason for the appointments. The techs are so good with our more challenging #dogs. We've had both Angus & Emma with Bay Cities since we brought them home as wee pups over 12 years ago and love everybody in the place. Dr. Brandt, in particular, has taken excellent care of both fuzzybutts over the years.
On our way to see Dr. Milo. It's worth coming in late to work to make sure my boys see our kind, compassionate and knowledgeable Vet. I've been bringing my dogs here since 2001!!! We also love the staff here. They're always so helpful and kind both on the phone and in person. ���
I've been with Bay Cities for years, with my cats and with my rescue pup. My pup is an enormous handful and Dr. Brandt has helped me through some very difficult times with him. She feels like family and knows how to handle my anxious little boy so that he feels safe. When he needed a surgery that Bay Cities couldn't provide, they helped me find another hospital that worked with my budget and saved Dusty's life. Even for more minor my-dog-ate-my-chocolate-cake emergencies the reception staff were just a quick phone call away.... read more
Dr. Brandt is an outstanding Veterinary. And the staff at Bay Cities is the best. Would recommend them to ANYONE!!
