All around A+. From the front office to the techs to the vets they just are super. They took excellent care of our dog. I highly recommend this office.
Candace makes all the difference in my experience. She is very nice and knowledgable and takes the time to answer all your questions. I highly recommend the Grossmont location.
This is heartbreaking for me. Last Friday we had to bring our sweet baby Daisy in. She had diabetes and we couldn't get her sugar regulated. She was in bad shape and unfortunately we had to put her down. The Drs and entire staff were so very kind and so professional. If only I had got my daisy there sooner. They went out of their way to comfort me and were so gentle with my daisy. She passed peacefully in my arms.The staff is amazing.
Excellent service. Special care and one on one conversation with the doc before and after. Provided all the medication needed on the spot. Can't say enough - thank you �
Everyone was so nice when i had to rush my dog there in the middle of the night. He had a seizure and they could tell I was very worried and they calmed me down quickly with all the information I needed and assured me I could call anytime day or night with any more questions. They were very loving and took great care of my dog dexter. Thank you VCA!
This review is long over due. I am so terribly sorry for the delay. This place is amazing and the staff, they are over the top - the best! Five stars doesn't cut it. They went above and beyond and we are entirely grateful to have a second chance with our beloved furry family member, Tank. They are genuine about the well being of all the animals under their care and give honest and professional service.
