From the moment I came in till the moment I got to bring my sweet Great Dane, Ares home they were amazing! They took excellent care of my sweet boy , as well as kept me completely informed about his status and all the procedures and things that they suggested he needed! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who experiences an emergency with their animal! They were so caring!! I came to this place because the good people at VCA Emergency Animal Hospital & Referral Center encouraged us to come here to see Dr. Beigen (neurologist) for an MRI, since they think it would be best for my girl - WIBBY (my baby, my life, really). We were treated so kindly at VCA Emergency that when they encouraged us to do so, I did not hesitate. The people here are the absolute best. Knowledgeable and my dog just loves them!!
I seriously can't thank these people enough. Mell at the front desk worked her magic and helped me out with my Trupanion insurance and then the WHOLE Neurological team was amazing and on point and took SUCH AMAZING care of my baby girl. We are now in recovery mode and I can already see that the spinal surgery is working. Literally amazing care. SIDE NOTE: If you don't have pet insurance... talk to VCA about trupanion... it will SAVE YOUR LIFE while VCA Animal Specialty Group is Saving your pets life.
