I thought they were very friendly to Sassy and myself. And she is doing much better today
Had a fantastic experience. They answered all my questions and were quick and great customer experience.
I had the worst experience there. Rude front desk service. My dog had seizures and they refused him service earlier than his appointment. I ended up having to put him to sleep at pet emergency. Another friend had a similar experience. I find this place cold, uncaring and don't know why they are open. Never take your pet there if you care about them.
