Dr. Seymour is a horrible veterinarian and I would NEVER bring any animal to her again. Mandy Seymour who doesn’t even deserve to be called a vet diagnosed my cat with cancer INCORRECTLY and had him on unneeded steroids for months until his health started to decline from SEYMOURS care. Amazing and polite staff. They are always available to answer your questions and concerns. My dog had what I thought was a lump on her side and I was panicking…turns out she’s just a little chunky and she just needed to lay off the treats! Just found out today that our dog ashes have been at the vet clinic since last week Friday and never got a call to inform us. Had to find out from the business that does the cremation for VCA. when we got to clinic, I called like we are supposed to do and some rude, unpleasant plus unprofessional lady answers the phone. I love this place! Our babies are always well cared for and we never have to wait very long.
Had to put down my 20 year old cat yesterday. All of the staff did a great job. So much care, love and kind words. They even have a exam room that has been converted into a room that feels more like a living room with a couch, recliner and lamps. Very calming. I am very thankful for all of the staff, they made a sad day less painful and gave both me and my sweet kitty comfort. Thank you! Highly recommend them.
Dr. Mandy Seymour is the best vet! She is caring, kind and sensitive to our dog Bruno. Dr. Seymour has a way of making you and your animal feel special.
