Tom, partner/owner and coach, is the best coach I have ever experienced, bar none. He combines diplomacy with full knowledge of exercises and physiology. He has an excellent memory for each client and the ability to know when to step in with instruction and when to trust in the learning process. He brought me back to a state of fitness without injury.
I went to VC when they 1st started and I haven't found another box like them! They pushed me to go hard and supported me along the way. I'm so glad to see them succeeding! Keep up the great work guys, you're doing awesome!!!
I have been impressed by the owners and staff at VC crossfit. Everyone is positive, friendly and encouraging. I look forward to working out here because, even though I am always challenged, it is fun. I highly recommend this Crossfit box to everyone regardless of their fitness level.
