Great gym - awesome community feel and always positive and motivating!
Super seamless process. I was a drop in from NC and signed up for a WOD via the MindBody app and bought a VC tank as my “payment.” The gym was clean and organized, the coach was welcoming and helpful in laying out Rx and scaled options for the WOD, and the athletes were friendly. Will definitely come back!
Fun and inviting environment! Such a great community to be a part of! I was initially worried to join, thinking it would interfere with my running. However, the way we train has only made me stronger.
