I've been to cross fit boxes in Boston, DC, Seattle but VC in PDX is my home and really has an unbeatable space, focused and motivating coaches, and the group is friendly, welcoming, and fun. Love this place!

I dropped in to VC CrossFit yesterday and really enjoyed my experience. The WOD was great and I loved the challenges. The members were friendly and the coach was very informative and helpful. I definitely recommend to those in the Portland area!
