The new Community and HOA Manager--effective Fall 2020--is responsive to the issues and problems, and has a promising attitude toward improving the running of this complex.
With the change in Management (headed by Ms. Michelle Swenson), the entire complex has dramatically improved since Fall 2020. Everyone--including the Concierge, Package Delivery, the Leasing Office, and the engineering technicians--are highly responsive, courteous, and efficient. Hope the trend continues and serves as a model for other housing communities.
This is a nice place. I like my time living there everything was great, the neighborhood we’re nice very quiet, a lot of places around the area very convenient.. thanks. Ruth..
Pros: Great location, front desk staff is friendly, Aaron in the mail room is great Cons: There were dead roaches/rat poop all over when I moved in (apartment hadn't been cleaned), and I wasn't given a back door key or a parking fob. Some of the leasing staff is rude and extremely unhelpful. I wasn't going to leave a review at all, but after I moved out, a package of mine accidentally got sent there. I have called four times and they still have not returned it to sender like they said they would.
For objectivity & not included are multiple attempts to get correct pricing and consistent information from the office 3/25 Good afternoon! Before I begin, if you LOVE YOURSELF, don’t move here. Please, please... SAVE YOURSELF FROM A TERRIBLE LIVING EXPERIENCE! Don’t waste your time or money here, unless you hate yourself. I have had more than enough with this management. This is getting beyond ridiculous. I’ve lived the most miserable 2 years of my life here, unfortunately.
