Phenomenal service! Eric took care of every detail from beginning to end. We walked through my condo and he explained what needed to be fixed/cleaned up, coordinated the painter and furniture removal service for me, and had my property listed within two weeks. We sold a little under four weeks later. Truly exceptional customer service. I can't even express how easy he made this process. We loved working with David, Todd, and the whole team at Vassar Broermann to find a larger home for our family! They provided sound advice throughout the process to help us feel confident in our offers, and we ended up in a beautiful house near Old Town, Alexandria.
