Do NOT rent here!!!!! This place is a nightmare. The staff only care about getting you to sign the lease, and once you do, they completely ignore you. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are never picked up, and when you move out, even if you clean everything and follow every rule, you will never see your security deposit again. I moved out more than two months ago, almost three, and despite the lease clearly stating that the deposit would be returned within 45 days, they still have not paid me back. Do NOT rent here. The staff only care about getting you to sign the lease. After that, they ignore you completely. Emails? No reply. Phone calls? No answer. When you move out, even if you clean and follow the rules, you will never see your security deposit back. Packages sent via UPS or FedEx often get stolen. The facilities are awful: Wi-Fi constantly down, printers and computers don’t work, AC doesn’t cool in the summer, and heating doesn’t work in the winter. 1 star is too generous horrible management led by the most incompetent and unresponsive team you'd ever seen. THEFT IN THE HALLWAYS, no cameras in the halls, no building safety anyone can walk through the front door, which is constantly propped open, no tap access needed for elevators or anywhere inside the building, dangerous to live here anyone can get in.
