Hate to call this place. You have to wait over 45 min in order to speak to someone. When you are in need of a refill or an appointment that's ridiculous. Could be a good doctor, but with this tipe of customer service this days doesn't make sense. I will find a new primary doctor for my parents.
The customer service when you call is impossible to get someone on the phone. I waited over 45 minutes on hold. Another time over 15 minutes and I still can't reach anyone. It is ridiculous because i am waiting for them to give me a specialist referral and they left a message on my phone that its ready however they did not leave the name and/or contact info of the specialist. Ridiculous!!!
