Very responsive maintenance for any needs, which hasn't really been needed besides a could minor things moving in that were fixed within hours of submitting a work request. The staff on site is friendly & knowledgeable as well as they care about maintaining the facility thanks to it being their home as well. Verified Renter Recently moved into VARA on mission and so far my experience has been mostly positive. The staff are friendly and reliable. I appreciate the mail service and the security of deliveries. Maintenance requests are timely and professional. The building, common areas and garage are kept clean and feel safe. I especially like the fresh earthy scent in the lobby.

Verified Renter I was able to move into this community five years ago now, and I have made it my happy home whenever problems arise as they do, I always reach out to management and they are right on top of it no matter the issue and they do respond to the best of their ability and take care of the situation.
