Damian arrived at our house a little over an hour after our call. He assessed the situation and determined we had a blown fuse in our A/C unit. Great work and pleasant personality.
Service tech Jon Jefferias is on time and performs a very complete electrical and mechanical inspection while communicating what he is doing. I would highly recommend Jon and Vanport for any hvac work.
We were very pleased with our technician John- he communicated well, arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose & repair our heat pump in a very short time. Well done!

I am very impressed by the service on our HVAC system by Vanport Mechanical & Fire Sprinklers Inc. They were able to schedule a service call the same day I called with the problem. The service tech was prompt, professional, and took care of the problem. It took him over two hours, but there was no charge since it was under warranty. We have had them do other work for us over the past five years and the service has always been good.
