7/31/18: Damian had a cancellation so offered to come out earlier than expected. He was very polite and told me we needed a new run capacitator. He told me about the one he recommended which was more expensive but had a five year warranty. He also told me the cheaper one had no warranty and could fail if we had another long hot spell. Although it has not gotten hot enough for the air conditioner to come on today (we set our thermostat at 78 degrees) we are very satisfied so far with his service.

Vanport and Jon came to my rescue when my AC gave out from the heat wave. Jon quickly assessed the problem, took readings and got the AC functioning at optimal level. I'm now cool, calm and functioning again.
